Our Team

adam schneider

Adam Schneider is a franchise operator and development agent with HomeVestors of America (the We Buy Ugly Houses people). He owns a residential real estate brokerage firm (Homewood Realty, LLC—a member of the Triangle MLS and the Fayetteville MLS). He is an AAPL-certified private lender, a member of the Triangle Real Estate Investors Association (TREIA), and leads the TREIA Experienced Investor sub-group meetings. He also leads the Triangle Deal Maker Sessions meetings. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School, B.S. in Economics).

gabriel lee

Gabriel (or Gabe) has been coordinating loans with Oakwood since 2022. He obtained his JD from University of Pennsylvania Law School in Philadelphia, PA and his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in economics from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Gabriel enjoys working with borrowers throughout the loan life and making the loan process run as smoothly as possible.

perlie davis

After a career in software development and technology, Perlie Davis is now a business owner and Life Coach. She holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Spelman College and a Masters of Computer Science from the University of Virginia. She also holds certifications in Health and Life Coaching from the Health Coach Institute.

tim harrison

Tim has been coordinating loans since 2015. He has a Masters of Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and a B.S. in Liberal Arts from Depauw University in Greencastle, Indiana.
